Courses

The SurvivALL SOS (Survival Outdoors Skills) programme is one of the UK's few dedicated Survival skills programmes and is designed for anyone no matter what age or gender as we could all, one day, find ourselves in a potential survival situation!

The programme is designed to empower the walker, climber, traveller or adventurer as well as the day tripper and occasional camper with skills and knowledge which will undoubtedly lead to enhanced self-confidence and re-assurance in their own abilities but which more importantly could actually save their life or the lives of their loved ones as well as building a much stronger PMA should they ever need to real on themselves in an emergency.

The Program is also designed to act as continuation training for outdoors professionals and as such can be seen as a possible advancement from the STCW A-VI/1-1's requirements as well as other potential useful courses and qualifications..

Each Phase of the training programme will teach you the basic, intermediate and advanced skills of survival - the foundations upon which all outdoor training is or should be built. The courses will take you further, allowing you to exercise the fundamental skills and to grow beyond them and in so doing to gain experience, knowledge and most importantly invaluable hands on practical experience.

The key to all our training is the single item which anyone can carry almost anywhere - the survival kit. With a through working knowledge of your survival kit and its contents you can rest assured you will have the confidence and ability to meet the challenges of any Survival situation.

Quality - Our policy here is simple; we at SurvivALL WILL NEVER lower the quality of our courses to accommodate the lower quality of courses or instruction found elsewhere. While each phase of our training (SOS - Survival Outdoors Skills) programme is open to anyone for the advanced phases you are required to have some previous experience. Ideally this would be a minimum of our Phase one training or similar but the rule of thumb should always be 'if in doubt - ask!' as to sign up on a higher level course than your capable of will hamper your enjoyment and possibly the enjoyment of others on your course.

Carbon Foot Print - in this world where climate change is so prevalent we at SurvivALL recognize the fact that the survival of not only the individual but our species and possibly the planet is all our responsibility. With this in mind we always try, where possible, to reduce our carbon footprint and recycle. All booking forms and joining instructions are sent out electronically (so a working email address is important when contacting us!) unless otherwise stated/requested. We hope you all will join us in doing what YOU can to ensure the survival of this small planet we all call home!
